Develop, Enjoy and Excel are our core values and at the heart of everything we try to do. From looking back at last season, it was clear that we achieved some good high points, we got some things right a lot of the time, some things right some of the time, but we also recognise that there are areas where we need to continue to improve.

We are building that plan now for next season and we would really like your feedback, ideas and suggestions to help us make the club Better for All members next season.

We have begun issuing online feedback questionnaires across our teams and youth age groups. If you haven't seen the link in your WhatsApp group yet, drop an email to comejoinrailway@gmail.com and let us know the team or age group and we will send you on the link.

Our ambitions remain that we want to:

GROW - our playing members, both adults and our youths;
GROW - our facilities, to deliver better experiences to all members;
GROW - our finances, to strengthen the club for the future;
GROW - our volunteers and build their capabilities and delivery for members; and
GROW - our social events to create a stronger connected community of members.
