Due to the efforts of many club volunteers and supporters we were able to add an International scoreboard and more team shelters to our pitch at Park Avenue. These additions have already enhanced the experience of players, coaches, umpires and spectators. A special thanks to ex Railway and Ireland player Jackie Phelan (New Age Services ) for providing financial support for the installation of the digital scoreboard and match clock.

Thanks to friends of the club John Buss, Mario Pawlikowski and Jack Nicholson who provided professional services regarding these 2 installations. A word of thanks also to volunteers which included Ken Moulton, Bill Whaley, Eoin Brennan, Dave Gallagher, Derek Carroll and Sean O'Brien who helped with the transport of the team shelters.

Finally, thanks to our scoreboard volunteers who helped bring many more games to life during the 2024/2025 season.

If you would like to help with the operation of the scoreboard during the 2025/2026 please let a club committee member or team leader know. We aim to use the scoreboard and clock for as many games as possible going forward. These new additions have an equivalent value of approximately €30k.
