Railway Union is proud to support the local Sandymount / D4 schools through organising blitzes and tournaments for the local schools to compete in. This initiative was set up in 2015 and supported by the Junior organising committee at the club to assist the development of hockey in the local schools.
It is open to smaller local schools who are affiliated to Railway Union through pupils playing at Railway, and to local schools looking to establish a hockey programme in their school.

At present the following schools participate: Booterstown NS, St Matthews, Sandford Parish NS, St Killians, Kildare Place, St Andrews and St Michaels boys.
